UK MAINLAND DELIVERY

£4.50 for UK mainland. 1-3 working days (Signed for Delivery 24 ROYAL MAIL)

FREE for all orders over £70.

*Working days are classified as Monday to Friday.
Please allow extra time for processing orders that are placed on Friday and over the weekend.
Please allow extra time during our promotional and sale periods for delivery.

£7.50 for Next Day Delivery

Due to COVID-19 Royal Mail cannot currently guarantee Next Day delivery, so this is currently unavailable, apologies for the inconvenience this may cause.

Next Working Day delivery is applicable to UK Mainland customers only on all orders placed before 2pm.

Orders placed before 2pm will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, Guaranteed before 1pm service.
Orders placed before 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery, Saturday Guaranteed service and will be recieved before 1pm on the Saturday.

EU DELIVERY

From £10 per order for all EU deliveries - 12 working days.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Monaco, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain & Holy See (Vatican City State). 

Please note that for European shipping, as the delivery address is outside of the UK you will be responsible for the cost of returning any item plus any additional delivery costs for exchanged items.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

From £13.00 per order for all international deliveries - 12 working days.

WHICH COURIER WILL DELIVER MY PARCEL?

For UK Mainland deliveries we use Royal Mail 24/48 Signed For Service. For International deliveries we use Royal Mail Airsure Recorded Signed For.

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY PARCEL?

Yes. The courier will require a signature on delivery. If you're not going to be at home, please consider using your work address to ensure a signature can be obtained. Please include the relevant information in the "Delivery Instructions" box when completing your order. If a delivery is unsuccessful due to no-one being available to sign or any other reason which is not the fault of our nominated couriers and the parcel is returned to us, we will need to charge a minimum fee of £2.95 to re-deliver the parcel. This will apply to all orders including those that benefited from free delivery originally.

ORDER DEADLINE

All orders placed after 2pm will be processed on the next working day. Orders placed before 2pm Mon-Friday will be processed that day and are usually dispatched from Butler & Wilson within 24 hours, however this is not always possible. Orders may take up to 5 days to be dispatched during exceptionally busy periods. 

I'VE ORDERED AFTER 2PM ON A FRIDAY, WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. The item will then be delivered according the the delivery band selected.  

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE BANK HOLIDAYS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. Orders received on weekends and Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

CLICK & COLLECT

We currently do not offer a Click and Collect Service for our Fulham Road branch.

RETURNS

For the meantime, due to COVID-19, please do not send any returns back to us. There is currently no one to accept these parcels daily, so Royal Mail would have to hold any parcels. We are currently offering an extended returns window of 40 days. If you need to return an item please inform us by emailing at info@butlerandwilson.co.uk, thank you for your cooperation.

Should you wish to return your Butler & Wilson purchase, you can return the item(s) within 28 days of purchase, however due to COVID-19 we have now extended our returns window to 40 days, to give some piece of mind. The items need to be returned with the dispatch note and returns form. For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings, unless they are defective or faulty. 

If you have misplaced the returns form you can this print here. Simply fill out and follow the steps listed.

For UK returns we offer free returns for UK orders via Royal Mail, you can find the link on the returns form to generate a pre-paid returns label.
Simply print the label out, stick on the front of the package and drop-off at your local post office.

For international returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. 
We highly recommend that you send items back to us via a tracked service. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

A prompt refund of the price of the goods will be issued once all the information referred to above is received. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. 

Our products are sold through various select sales channels so please be aware that we can only process a return where the item was purchased directly from Butler & Wilson Ltd and we will therefore need a receipt or dispatch note to verify this.
